AZSMZ Mini controller board and LCD board cases

These are cases for the new AZSMZ Mini controller board and LCD display board. This new 32 bit controller board runs Smoothieware and was my choice for a low-cost, high-performance controller for the Kossel 2020 delta printer I built. I've designed the case to allow a 40mm fan to be mounted to provide direct cooling for the stepper motor drivers.

The holes in the cases were sized with the intention of tapping them with an M3 thread (this includes the controller board mounting holes). Lids
