Replacement switch lever for Metcal MX500

This is a replacement for the part that slides up and down and controls the iron select switch on Metcal MX500 soldering stations.

It's a quick hack-up so the openscad code is ugly and measurements are a little rough, but works fine for me after a little cleanup with a file & sandpaper for smooth operation (as you can see from print in gallery, filament feed also wasn't calibrated for this print).
