170mm Fan Mount for 1515 extrusion

Created a mount that allows a 170mm fan sit off the side of a mini kossel.

I used the screws that hold the wire guard in place to mount it to the printed part. Be careful when screwing it through the plastic, I almost ripped my piece apart.
