QAV250 Angled Mobius/Runcam HD Mount

This mount attaches to the QAV250 frame and angles up the camera (5,10,15,20 degrees). It's designed for the Mobius
/Runcam HD cameras but can of course be used for other cameras as well.

Weight is ~12g (for 10 degrees version).

EDIT: Made the holes larger.

EDIT: Added a variant 5-25deg with the strap in the center.
