Arrosticini machine
Arrosticini are classic grilled lamb skewers from Abbruzo Italy. Due to the small pieces of meat used, they can be kind of a pain to make in any quantity. This "machine" has been around for quite some time, but I just became aware of it. Seemed like it would be easy enough to print so I gave it a shot.
This configuration will make 36 3/4" x 3/4" skewers.
