Bowden Pneufit conversion Kit for M10 Pneufits and JHead

Made it larger, to take the screws of my M10 pneufit adaptors, and so with the Hot end JHead hole.

Adapted the cold end to a JHead Greg's extruder cold end, completely remade using SolidWorks.
