2040 Kossel corner

Here are Kossel corners that use *only* 2040 extrusions. Useful for cases where your local hardware shop only sells extrusions in 5 meter pieces.

It's fairly parametric so there are a couple of things that can be tweaked, such as the extrusion width/thickness, but you might have to play with the variables to get your desired output.

Update: A couple of people on #reprap mentioned that putting the towers in this configuration doesn't make full use of the extra width in the 2040 to avoid
