Parametric proximity sensor mount for i3 Rework E3D Extruder

Korri on thingiverse made this. I changed some parameters in de SCAD file so that it fits a i3 Rework E3D Extruder:

The hole for the sensor is 12.2mm, measures 12mm when printed in PLA at 195ºC.
