Customizable Spool Holder Insert

After buying a new spool of filament, I noticed the inner diameter changed again. It is bigger, which is a good thing, because the last meters of a spool are always hard to use because it is so curly. I decided to use OpenSCAD this time to make a customizable version. That makes designing alternative sizes easier.
