Rotation knob extender for Lulzbot Taz

Have you ever been so lazy that you wanted to operate the rotation knob on your Taz with one finger instead of two? Great news!

This extender snaps on easily, and is slightly keyed with a little nubbin going into the set-screw recess to keep it from slipping. The front of the piece does not line up with the front of the knob so that you can still easily push the button without hitting/dislodging it.
