MendelMax 1.5 dual e3d v5 Bowden Mount

This is designed to be used with http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:19590. It provides very close clearances between the two hotends with the fan shrouds installed. Feel free to modify this to meet your needs.

v2 addresses some spacing issues I had after printing and repositions the screws slightly.
