printable Anemometer

this printable device is used for measuring wind speed.
usefull to check small fans or similar stuff.
you can compare different settings with the scale.

you will need:
- 2D printer (to print the scale, size: 42mm x 12mm)
- 3D printer (to print the 2 parts)
- doublesided tape (attach the scale to the base)
- short thread (connect the windplate to the base, using stopper knots)
