Horse Clicker replacement part

My daughter's ExerSaucer has a little horse toy that clicks when the horse is moved back and forth. Recently the clicker part broke off inside. This thing should serve as a replacement for the broken part.

The currently-available STL file is corrupted; I was unable to get it to slice properly for printing. I am working on re-making the design file, but haven't gotten to it yet.
