Modified Rotating Nozzle Platform

I really liked edleps innovative design, but it wouldn't work with the type of hotends that I use.

This remix adds a few features to his design while reducing the number of positions from 4 to 3.
Added screws for more positive retention of the bearing.
Added ability to stretch the internal opening to allow space for pneumatic fittings.
Changed hot end mounting system (designed for typical J-head dimmensions).
Added additional mounting holes for use with a classic rosstock/kossel pla
