Dog Run Pulley Replacement

The pulley for the dog run failed. I put this together to replace it.

You'll need two 1/4"-20 x 1" Hex Bolts, and two 1/4"-20 Hex Nuts.

And you'll need some glue.

There is a collar that goes around the threads inside the pulley so the threads aren't continually grinding against the inside of the pulley (the pulley slips on the collar).
