8mm insulating bolt/zip tie spacer

A small plastic block for mounting print boards and the like.
A zip tie is pushed through the block from one side, leaving the "head" in the large part of the hole.
A bolt or screw is pushed through from the other side, and used to fasten the block. The tail of the zip tie is sticking out.
The tail goes through "whatever is going to be mounted", and the head from a zip tie* is pushed onto the tail, securing the object.
My RAMPS board is mounted in this way with four blocks.
