Remake of Support and Fan duct for Solidoodle 4 (with new extruder)

Thanks Miroule for creating the original to perfectly fit the Solidoodle 4 with the latest stock hot end. It was hard to find a mount for the SD4 that was this simple to attach/de-attach.

I made two small modifications that fix the melting issue and improve the airflow:

1. Made the support about 5-6mm wider to prevent the fan mount from touching the hot end heater block and melting. This requires 2x M3 x 30mm long screws + 2 nuts to attach the mount to the support.
