Tool Holder for Ultimaker 2

Remixed from Generic Tool Holder by Physics_Dude, which can be found here: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:14496

- Changed the dimensions to fit Ultimaker 2
- Added a larger hole for a glue stick
- Added another hole for a hex key (3 in total)

So it can hold:
The glue stick and the hex key set that came with the Ultimaker 2 in addition to 2 tweezers and a caliper or a pair of scissors
