Modified Spool holders

I remixed these to remove the lcd mount as it was reducing the availale Z height on my Prusa i3, i also adjusted the design to allow them to sit wider and as such fit 2 spools for my dual extruder setup. the rest of my dual extruder parts can be found here >>
