A very simple 2 bearing belt idler I designed for my Prusa i3 printer. My GT2 belt was prematurely wearing out. The cause was the GT2 belt hitting the side of the stock idler, this design uses 2 bearings to reduce wear and tear.
Attaches to both (upper and lower) 10mm threaded rods to ensure bed movement is minimized. Uses a reduced 28mm profile to allow for max printing area.
Suggested bearing size, 8mm inside diameter x 22mm outside diameter x 7mm wide. Combine with x2 washers to reduce
