Prusa i3 adapter to Gyrobot Extruder with Recreus

Can be used to connect the x-carriage of the Prusa i3 to Gyrobot's Micro Dual/Quad Extruder. Works for any x-carriage with m3 screws that are 24mm apart (design originally intended for Joseph Prusa's x_carriage -- the second x-carriage listed on the reprap wiki page: http://reprap.org/wiki/P3Steel_Proteins)
