Improved y-axis motor mount for Prusa i3.

The stock y-axis motor mount will bend under tension from the belt. This design adds another mounting hole (uses all 4), improves support because it's mounted closer to the threaded rod, and is slightly raised to improve belt mobility (motor to belt to belt holder attached to the print bed).
