Turnigy 1/16 Spur Gear - Part no. 110BS-30985

Replacement Spur gear for the Turnigy 1/16 buggy and monster beetle. The gear is an odd pitch so took some time to get it right. It ended up with a pitch of 52.493 and an outer diameter of 30mm. The optimal gear angle was 10 degrees. This gear is 1mm thicker than the original and so it is the same width as the pinion at 5mm. It has also been offset by an additional 1mm to compensate for the additional width.

UPDATE: I have uploaded an alternative gear that can easily printed in Nylon.
