45 Degree Flight Controller mount

Designed to let me mount my KK 2.1 FC in X mode without a software offset, since my frame's mounting screws would have oriented the FC for a + configuration. Should fit any FC with 45mm x 45mm mounting screws.

This is a remix of mhenson's mount, but added cutouts for the screw heads, added some thickness to avoid breaking when screwing in the FC, and extended those holes to go all the way through.
