BI V2.5 Replacement top plate, spool holder and extruder mount

The perspex top plate on my printer broke, here is the drawing I created that moves the spool holder to the inside of the printer above the delta arms.

It also provides mounts to move the extruder steppers much closer to the print head and considerably shorten the bowden tube length.
