PiCase for Tontec 3.2" TFT touchscreen, with key buttons

Remix of thing #488701 for a Raspberry Pi with a TonTec 3.2" screen. Pieces 5-9 unchanged. The TonTec screen has a very short pin connector eliminating the need for one layer. My mods are for pieces 1, 2, and 4, plus buttons for the keys to the left of the screen.
