Pieces fit together pretty seamlessly, since I built them in about 0.5mm of space between them in the model.
I included the original Sketchup file, the stl of the entire puzzle, and
individual stls of each piece. I printed them one at a time, but you could probably get away with nine or more at once.
Anyway, enjoy!
