Cluster Bubble Wand

I was originally going to work on a bubble wand that looked like a flower but was worried that it wouldn't work too good based on the bunny bubble wand I designed.

Instead I decided to design one that I thought would work much better and this one does. The dowel is 3/16" diameter. The opening was a little tight and I had to use a drill bit to clean it out for the dowel but it was better than worrying about if it was too loose.
