Basic gimbal

A gimbal designed for a small solar car being worked on by a few of my friends and I(Driftwood, TheGreenFilamet), to attach the panel to. A bit stiff, but loosens quickly. Do not worry if the fit takes some effort, and same to the tilting of the arms.
