extruder bearing

I wanted a 3d printable extruder bearing so i made one. Its best to print in nylon, for its self lube properties. It was designed for 1.75mm filament. I changed the openscad code to make it more easy and quick to customize. Just open it in openscad and the names are self-explanatory. modified openscad script to make inner diameter auto-adjust. added a version with triangle hole.
