Swivel Bowden Fixture

By allowing the extruder stepper motor to swivel, the bowden PFTE tube can be drastically shortened.

I started by mounting the extruder outside the case of my Davinci 1.0, but the bowden cable was too long and I was having oozing issues. I tried mounting the stepper inside the case, and I could shorten the bowden cable a little, but I still had to leave extra room so it would not kink while printing.
