E3d V6 Rostock Max V2 mount with part cooling

The mount is custom design, fan adapters are based on: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:715119.
It holds the e3d v6 very firmly and the cooling is very effective.
No Z height is lost with this mount.
25.5.2015 - Updated radial fan adapter to v3. The v2 was blowing too much air at the nozzle which might have caused filament jams.
Update 18.04.2016 - added source files in STEP format for the people who requested it. Also added a V5 fan mount with slightly simplified design for b
