Ford / Lincoln Sunglasses compartment filler

Do you have a late-model Ford or Lincoln with a sunglasses compartment integrated with the dome/map lights? Would it look way cooler with your favorite gadget there instead?

You may have to clip the little prong that hangs down from inside the cavity. I consider this okay, since there still no visible mods if I put the sunglasses holder back in place before selling the car.
