BiCopter/TriCopter Motor to Servo Mount

Attaches a small brushless motor to a Servo Adapter (disk or arm)
to mount motors on a BiCopter or the third arm of a TriCopter.
Motor holes are 2mm and motor disk is 2mm thick allowing original motor hardware to be used. The aluminum servo disk shown is tapped for 6/32 hardware. First one is for motors with 12mmx12mm hole pattern.
Added a second motor mount for motors with a 16mmx12mm hole pattern.
