E3D Chimera/Cyclops mount for Rostock MAX

This is for mounting a Chimera/Cyclops hot end under the effector. It's compatible with my LED snap ring and other accessories, EXCEPT for the blower ducts. You will need something small, like some pliers or an Allen wrench to release the Bowden tubes.

My blower duct doesn't work with these hot ends because the height is different. I have a dev version, but the exhausts are too close to the hot end so I need to redesign them a little. The fix will be in later this week.
