Parametric GCode Kit 2: Closer to Useful Shapes

This script pack is a few more steps in front of the starter kit, and although the default parameters for these scripts don't produce especially useful objects, they do produce potentially useful shapes: a threaded rod, a paraboloid, and a funnel.

These scripts should be useful for their own sake: just open them up and twiddle the knobs for yourself to get a variety of shapes!
