A Vortex Generator for the Flite Test 3D scratch-build plane

If you're scratch building a [FT 3D](http://flitetest.com/articles/ft-3d-scratch-build) then transferring the plans to foam board can be time-consuming. These are the vortex generators that are mounted above and below the wings of the FT 3D to provide some boundary layer control.

15 of these printed in glow-in-the-dark PLA weighed about 3 grams.
