Ultimaker 2 Bowden Tube Tightener & Clamp

This is an adapted Version of the original Ultimaker bowden clamp fix but I've made it for the Ultimaker 2.

My bowden tube has come out a few times on prints so this was evolved as a preventative of it happening again ( and is much better than dealing with stock ones.

I changed filament towards the end of the Spiked nut to have the 2 color effect.
