Bike rear tail light mount for rack

I bought a light set from Amazon but the rear light doesnt fit the bike seat stem. I have a rack on the bike so I created a connector that could be bolted on to put the tail light on the rack. That is what this part does.

The light kit is called "BV Bicycle Light Set Super Bright 5 LED Headlight, 3 LED Taillight, Quick-Release".
