Subaru Legacy IV / Outback MY07 engine under cover maintenance flap replacement

Subaru Legacy / Outback MY07 n/a engine under cover has 2 flaps for maintenance access. I lost one of those flaps. Replacement is not available, one has to buy whole under cover (200+$).

So here's a cheap replacement. Not an ideal copy (wouldn't last long if printed), instead I tried to make the model printer-friendly ;)
