Kossel 2020 Universal Spool Holder

Remixed the mini Kossel Spool Holder brackets from Cris Parish (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:454808), to fit the 2020 beams.

To fit my ECO cardbox Spool i added an universal spool holder mount that can be fittet to the bearing and an 25mm spool mount knob Modify this for other Spool Sizes).

I also added an filament Guide for the Extruder and Spool.
