Redesign kossel raised effector with E3D v6

Redesign Kossel Mini raised effector with E3D v6 hotend and 30mm fan mount.

I use the aluminum E3D mount groove from China TaoBao(http://item.taobao.com/item.htm?spm=a1z09.2.9.387.14EgsK&id=40372151702&_u=ncc2pgo45b1),
But I think this ABS mount groove (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:108023) may also work too.

Use 30mm fan for cooling the heating sink.
