Aeropress filter holder (tall)

Remix of [tom7's filter holder](http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:180837) because I wanted one that could hold two entire filter packs' worth simultaneously. Also has thinner walls and thinner floor to speed up printing. Use the original plunger design if you want to use one.

If you want to model your own, relevant dimensions are 66mm ID with a 110 degree arc cutout. A double stack of filters is ~90mm, this is slightly taller to account for the plunger thing.
