diamond hotend printrbot 2 plus 1306? edition

A rough remix of the diamond hotend carrier to fit my Printrbot Plus V2 (1306 I think).
The odd fitting on the left is for a 12mm diameter inductive proximity probe.

All installed and working. Modified fan duct was required as the default one cooled the hotend too much so needed a much more directed one.
