These are large hooks for hanging things from your walls.
See the photo: there are recesses for large flat washers (essential) and it is sized for 4 expansion shell bolts (dyna bolts, masonry bolts etc).
The Rhino file is attached so you can get the measurements or scale it.
You have to figure out the capacity yourself, but it is pretty strong.
