JAVc - Just Another Vernier Caliper holder

I am sure there are lots of these around already but I needed to start refreshing my Solid Works skills for a new Job I will be starting soon. I have included a drawing so maybe someone might like to derive this in Design Spark Mechanical if they think it's worth while ? I don't think I'll have time as I need to work of a bunch of LabView and Solid Works stuff for my new job.
