Prusa i3 / Ikea Micke desk spool holder

This spool holder is quite particular and will only fit a Prusa i3 sitting on an Ikea Micke desk. Yeah, no one will probably ever needs those files, but who knows ? Someone in the world might have the same desk configuration as I do, so here it is.
