Plo Koon Lightsaber

I create the Plo koon lightsaber for a friend cosplay. The Lightsaber as 25 cm high and 4.2 cm diameter. For plastic and money econonomy the lightsaber is hollow with an hull of 2mm reinforce to the more breakable part.
Then i have provided a place for a blade of 11cm deep and 2cm large
