Mini Kossel JHead 30mm PEEK fan mount

The standard Mini Kossel JHead PEEK fan is for a 40mm fan and extends down adjacent to the hotend heater block. a 30mm fan and mount is smaller and lighter and allows room for part fans and/or ducts. This design is in preparations for using the "Cooling Duct that works"(http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:225126).
