Rigidbot e3dV6 Mount with Filament Guide

This is a modified version of kebes22's Rigidbot Extruder Support Spacer and Tom Carson's e3d Extruder mount. I really liked both designs but wanted to print the two together. It is intended to be used in place of the extruder_half file in the link below.
